– Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery with a valid Return Authorization (RA).
– Item must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
– Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

• Store your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help preserve its color and shape.

• Avoid crushing or stacking heavy items on top of your hat. When possible, keep it in a hat box or on a hook/stand.

• Handle your hat by the brim and crown gently to avoid misshaping the structure.

• For light dust or lint, use a soft brush or lint roller. For more specific care questions, please contact us before attempting cleaning.

• Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your head where the hat will sit – just above the ears and across the middle of your forehead.

• Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
