Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer Economy and Standard shipping options within the United States.

Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

  • Free Shipping for orders $50 and up

  • $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb

  • $19.90 for orders 5–70 lb

Economy shipping provides the most affordable rate for lightweight and standard parcels.

Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days)

  • $6.90 for orders 0–1 lb

  • $9.90 for orders 1–5 lb

Standard shipping offers a faster delivery option for customers who need their items sooner.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Packaging & Handling

Each hat is carefully packaged to protect its shape and craftsmanship.
Some pieces may require larger packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at delmarhatgirl@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot modify or reroute orders once they have entered the shipping process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours at delmarhatgirl@hotmail.com so we can assist with a claim.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us so we can help where possible.
