Orders
How do I place an order? Simply choose your hat and checkout when ready. If you’d like guidance or have a special request, we’re happy to help at 858-245-2837.
Do you accept custom orders? Yes. We create custom designs and one-of-a-kind couture pieces for race days, weddings, and special occasions. Please contact us to begin a personalized design.
Can I change or cancel an order? If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to adjust it. Please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order.
Shipping
Where do you ship from? All pieces are crafted and shipped from Southern California.
What are your shipping options? We offer Economy (5–8 business days) and Standard (3–4 business days). Economy shipping is free for orders over $50, and tracking is provided for all shipments.
When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size? Measure around your head just above the ears and across the middle of your forehead. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
What if I’m unsure about the size? We’re happy to advise based on the style you're considering. Please call us for guidance.
Care
How should I store my hat? Keep your hat in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight. A hat box or open shelf helps maintain its shape.
How do I clean my hat? Use a soft brush for light dust. For deeper care, please reach out before attempting cleaning at home.
Returns
What is your return policy? Custom and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. Resort, Ranch & Beach styles may be returned within 7 days with a valid RA (Return Authorization).
How do I start a return? Please call 858-245-2837 to request an RA. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.
Availability
Will sold-out styles come back? Some designs return seasonally; others are one-of-a-kind and will not restock. If you’d like something similar, we can create a custom piece for you.
Do you make multiple quantities of each design? Many hats are crafted in limited numbers to maintain exclusivity.
Styling & Events
Can you help me choose a hat for an event? Yes. Whether for the Derby, a wedding, or a weekend getaway, we can recommend styles that complement both your outfit and the occasion.
